With regard to businesses, the Seller's liability may be limited to the extent permitted by mandatory provisions of law.
For Customers who are neither Consumers nor Business Customers with consumer rights, the jurisdiction of the court shall be determined in accordance with applicable law, taking into account the provisions of these Terms and Conditions where their application is legally permissible.

§ 19. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The Seller may amend the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular in connection with changes in applicable law, changes in the operation of the Store, changes in the scope of services or changes to the Seller's details.
